I have many clients who are also friends I’ve worked for and continue do so. I have listed and sold a multidue of luxury properties, land, lots, homes, and commercial properties in my career, along with developing numerous communities, and have worked closely with several land conservation groups.
Sammy Carver
Samuel N. Carver is a lifelong resident of Haywood County, while his and his wife’s families date back at least five generations in the community. He attended public schools in Haywood County and went on to attend Wingate College (now Wingate University) and Western Carolina University.
After college, he went into business with his father in the car and septic service trades. From there, Mr. Carver sold high-end automobiles throughout the United States and Europe before specializing in land and real estate transactions.
In 1995, he obtained his real estate license and went into the business for himself full-time. Mr. Carver’s real estate dealings focus on development and the purchase and sale of large tracts of land.
Mr. Carver has been happily married to his wife, Susan, for 47 years, and enjoys spending time with the families of his three daughters, which include 10 grandchildren.
We both happily work with other agents and brokers and help them with any requests.
ATV
Sammy Carver with Village Realty and I work as a team on many transactions. He is the ATV driver of the ATV pictures and I along with clients get to ride and enjoy.
